Our acquisition of the Flux division will significantly enhance General Chemical Corporation's Industry wide reach and enable General Chemical Corporation to provide a broader range of products and services across the Battery Manufacturing Industry said Mike Shah General Chemicals' president.

General Chemical Corporation will proceed immediately to implement a fast-track program to consolidate the Flux division of Henkel Surface Technologies. All flux divisions of Henkel Surface Technologies will begin to operate under the General Chemical Corporation identity immediately.

The combination of General Chemical with Henkel will result in additional expertise, production solutions and supply resources to serve your business. You can continue to expect the high quality, attentive and knowledgeable service you have received in the past from Henkel Surface Technologies.
